Sports Calculators.
One strength training calculator so far. The DOTS calculator scores a lift against body weight using the DOTS coefficient, the formula that replaced Wilks for comparing powerlifting totals across weight classes and between lifters. The page gives the polynomial the score is derived from, works through a full example, and explains how DOTS differs from Wilks and from the IPF points formula, so that a score can be read alongside the older numbers people still quote in competition results. Further strength and sports tools will sit under this category as they are built, each with the same treatment of the formula behind it.
